Trump takes out the leader in Afghanistan

Ever since President Donald Trump was inaugurated, America is just keeping up with the good work to take out important Islamic terrorist leaders. In a drone attack later in February, the US forces managed to take out Abu al-Khayr al-Masri, trusted deputy to Ayman al-Zawhiri an al-Quaeda leader.

Abū al-Khayr al-Masrī is considered to have been taken part in the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania that drew al-Qaeda to our attention and murdered two Americans.

In an attack in Iraq, the U.S. controlled coalition also got Ayad al-Jumaili, alias Abu Yahya, second in command in ISIS. Almost two weeks ago, rumors circulated that a joint US and Afghan Special Forces operation to took out Abdul Hasib, an ISIS leader in Afghanistan.

During the raid, two American soldiers were murdered.

Pentagon managed to recognize the troops, one was 22-year-old Sergeant Joshua Rodgers and the other one was 23-year-old Cameron Thomas. There is also another hurt soldier in the operation.

US Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said in a statement that America owes these soldiers an “irredeemable debt.”
